Join us for Brews on the River on January 31 at 5:30 PM for an elevated evening of food, craft beer, and riverfront ambiance. In collaboration with Ridgefield Craft Brewing Co., this special event features a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner plus dessert, with each dish paired to highlight the unique flavors of locally crafted brews.

Set against the scenic beauty of the river, this one-night-only dining experience brings together seasonal cuisine, artful pairings, and the craftsmanship of a beloved local brewery—creating an unforgettable evening for food and beer enthusiasts alike.

First Course: Mushroom Brodo
Rich mushroom broth with black pepper pappardelle and house-made bison meatballs

Second Course: Winter Endive Salad
Crisp endive, fresh apples, toasted walnuts, chèvre, maple Dijon vinaigrette

Third Course: Shepherd’s Pie
48-hour slow-braised lamb shoulder and shank, whipped potatoes, golden baked finish

Fourth Course: Pork Lollipops
Herb-roasted pork loin filled with spinach and ricotta, ratatouille, apple chutney

Dessert:  Chocolate Torte
